Bartanica Bitters are delicious in a countless number of drinks. Try 1-2 droppers in:

  • Sparkling or still water
  • Hot herbal tea
  • Fresh fruit juice (green juice is perfect!)
  • Coconut water

If you’re ready for an adult cocktail beverage, try 1-2 droppers in:

  • The Perfect Gin & Tonic – 1.5 oz gin (I recommend Hendrick’s or Plymouth), 4 oz Fever Tree Tonic water (check the ingredients – there’s corn syrup in everything these days), fill with ice & add a squeeze of fresh lime.
  • Spring Green cocktail – Muddle 3 strawberries & 3 cucumber slices into 1.5 oz vodka or gin. Add .5 oz fresh lemon juice & a few drops of stevia or .25 oz agave nectar. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Dilute with a splash of soda water or enjoy as is.
  • Stir bitters into 3-4 oz Cocchi Americano (or try Lillet Blanc) and a scoop of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass & garnish with a twist.

The bitters work well in a lot of classic cocktails like the Moscow Mule, Dark and Stormy, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Margarita, and Martinez. Let me know your favorites!
