So much exciting stuff is happening and the crisp Fall air (hey, 80 degrees is crisp in New Orleans) is an invigorating change!  A few things to keep an eye and ear out for in the coming weeks:

• The first in a series of mixology workshops designed to use up that mystery booze in your liquor cabinet and give you beaucoup original recipes just in time for the holidays.

• The launch of my brand new site, Bartanica, will be a resource for bartenders and the bar-curious to learn about medicinal herbs and their place in the spirits world.

• Check out my latest press in the September 2011 issue of Tasting Panel magazine with Chef Ian Schnoebelen of Iris!

• A brand new Autumn cocktail menu is in effect at Iris!
